This show features episode 2 of my original composition, Proceedings: A Radio Play, starring Sasha Ruptash as Defendant James C. Ralston and Robert Gross as Prosecuting Attorney Howard Bayer. The text from Proceedings: A Radio Play is taken from a typewritten transcription of a pre-trial hearing that took place in Rochester, NY in 1962. The episode begins with THE DREAMS by Barry Barmange and Delia Darbyshire, recorded for the BBC in 1964, followed by WHY by Yoko Ono and the Plastic Ono Band.
