The ROC Show is an all new radio program that broadcasts every Monday night from 10 to 11pm on 104.3 WAYO FM LP in Rochester, NY.  The show only features local original bands from the past and the present of Rochester, NY.  We also play one out of towner original band each week to support the region in general.  The ROC Show also showcases local Rochester, NY businesses and events that bring more culture and more life to our 585 community in general.  We strive to have special guest co-hosts each week as well to keep the dialogue fresh with organic rotation of local celebrities.  Sports talk happens on the regular as well with our primary focus being on the Buffalo Bills.
