We all find our outlets in different ways. Some people work out, others drink heavily. I get my weekly dose of therapy by playing some of my favorite music for you for two hours a week.

Tune in for an hour of indie-rock, indie-pop, and associated genres. Then it's emo f. If you're not familiar with either, we'll explore a variety of the styles that fit into those two genres, from quiet and folky to airy and atmospheric to loud and aggressive.

    Winter has dragged out far too long. But the weather is improving, and so is my outlook! I'm feeling the change in the seasons. It's making me feel like I'm back in the groove again, doing things I enjoy doing! So, in honor of that mood, I'm playing indie rock songs with a bit of groove to them. Everything from pop to rock to electronic music, all with a bit of sway and soul. Enjoy!

    America celebrates February 14 each year in honor of the stoning of a saint by buying overpriced candy and dying flowers for each other. It's supposed to show love, I suppose, which lets you off the hook in caring the other 364 days of the year. For those of us unburdoned by such invented emotions, this day is one to scoff in the face of sentimentality and say F- you to the greeting card companies. Celebrate the way it was always intended: with sad songs drenched in hate and heartbreak.
